Those herbs you mentioned are all good to take but you should also add a berberine formula. The best one I've found is Candibactin-BR by Metagenics. A study has shown that berberine works synergistically with fluconazole. I take 4 tablets at the same time as the fluconazole which is taken only once a day. You can also take more berberine throughout the day.

Also virgin coconut oil is also worth taking. It's high in caprylic acid as well as lauric and capric acid which are also antifungal. Try to take 3-4 tablespoons per day with or without food. You can also apply it directly to the skin. Nutiva seems to be regarded as the best brand.

I also agree with Jorge. I'm also treating a longstanding candida problem and have found that the fluconazole only now seems to be working against the skin infections on my face since I've started stripping the candida in the gut with the coconut oil. Last year I took very high doses of fluconazole for 4 months and it didn't have any effect on my skin infections.
