I don't know about the tapping stuff, but for me (female), I have used apple cider vinegar externally and internally and had great results. I had 5 genital warts. I put the ACV on a cotton facial cleaning pad and put it "down there" and went to bed. The first night wasn't too bad, but it did burn. After that, it burned like fire and I could not leave it on all night because I could not sleep. But, a few nights doing that, then taking a break for a few nights, then again. Three of the warts just disappeared. I still have two more to deal with, but just haven't tackled it again yet. I think it might be easier for men because they can wrap something around their penis to hold the ACV pad in place, of course, depending on where the warts are located. Anyway, I've had the warts for about 25 years and this is the first time I've found anything to help. I found a forum where lots of people have had great success using the ACV on genital warts. Who would've thought?

Hope this helps. For me, there is no way I could tell myself I like the warts or accept the warts. IMHO, if you accept something, then you will give up on ever trying to be free from it. And who likes warts, especially on their genitals!! Tweet
