Oregano oil for warts.

Hello,
I am wondering if oregano oil will help heal warts.
I had (& still have) one plantar wart on the bottom of my left foot, then about a year ago a regular wart popped up at the base of my pinkie toe (on that foot). Then, 6 months later, on that same foot, on the same pinkie toe (but underneath & sort of to the outside), another wart! Now about 2 weeks ago I noticed on my left hand ring finger on the side, there is a small wart there. I feel like I am just covered in these things. (I'm not really, but it feels that way). I practice very good hygiene, always wash my hands, etc. I have used over the counter wart remover religously-it hasn't done a thing for me.
One thing to note, my immune system is not the greatest-hasn't been good really ever-I'm the first one to get a cold, or the flu, and my colds can last for weeks on end. Things have been a little better, since I found oil of oregano. I take it internally at the first sign of a sore throat, 1-2 drops 3 times a day. If I catch the cold early enough, it will shorten the duration, for me, to usually just a week. When the cold is gone I stop the oil of oregano.
I have also used oregano for tooth abscess-it works really well for me with those infections.
I am wondering how much oregano to take for my warts, and how much to put on topically, also, will oil of oregano even help with my warts?
Thanks for taking the time to read this, I know it's a long post!
