Re: My liver flush testimony
I agree with Hanna in her note below.... sounds like your organs of elimination might have needed a bit of attention before trying the liver cleanse. Hepatitis, even a past case, is nothing to fool around with. Did you do a
colonic after the flush, and a
Bowel Cleanse beforehand? Before cleansing, I took blessed herbs cleanse 2x, and then foley's pills on an ongoing basis. So I at least cleaned out the bowels somewhat. Some people really like
Oxypowder . I've stuck with the herbal cleanses though, (foley's, blessed herbs, colonix), they suit me better.
Some people just have to follow all the 'rules,' ie.,
colonics after a flush, while others don't. If the flush knocked you on your butt, then you're one of the ones that do. I've found that Andreas's
kidney cleanse is really important, for me, in addition to the bowel cleanses. I follow Andreas's protocol exactly regarding the bowel/kidney cleanses (I'm too chicken not too :-).
Chinese Bitters by Julia Chang help clean out the tissues of the liver, help decongest it.
http://www.sensiblehealth.com That may start things clearing to where the cleanse isn't such a shock?
The first flushes are the hardest, they get easier after the first few, it seems like this is true for everyone. One thing that made a difference for me was to take electrolytes after the cleanse. It cut my tired time down from a week to a few days. I use selectrolytes by Morin Labs. (www.morinlabs.com)
