That looks like part of the instructions for the ear solution we used with dogs.

The full instructions are:

Put 2.5 ml of 22.4% sodium chlorite in a glass, add 2.5 ml of 10% citric acid , swirl to mix and let the activation continue for 10 minutes. Add enough water to make a total of 500 ml.

With dogs with infected ears we are using this 4 times a day at first, then cutting back to once a week.
