2 Q's

as it seems a lot of us are having a bit of a flare up and it seems to be something other than lyme does that mean that t-serieles cycle in the same way?
my dowsing is still off or i would ask....
are these dormant t-serieles that wake up then go back to sleep?

any thoughts on that?? just curious...there seems to be a cycle but not sure.
