liver detox and diorrhoea?

hi,
i recently purchased the liver detox programme called garden of life..i don't know if anyone has used it...Iam also the anti candida diet of probiotics and vit c etc..the first 2 days i took the formula i was fine but after taking the formula yesterday i suffered from a bout of doarrihoea today which is quite uncommon with me.Could anyone know why.the first 2 days before that I was a bit constipated but managed to go to the loo.

i haven't experienced any pains or other discomfort etc ...I took the first dose of purify at 9.30pm then the 2nd dose of capture at 10.15 and the 3rd dose of remove at 11pm...also they tell u to take the first slot of pills before dinner but i didn't have any as i just was not hungry,i had only one meal lunch yesterday which was quite hearty.i don't know if there is something wrong with the method iam taking them or what iam eating.
