UT is Changing My Diet On Its Own

Since I began on UT about four weeks ago I am slowly developing an inability to eat. Psychologically I am rejecting foods that might taste bad going down the liquid route of UT.

Yesterday I went to a raw food restaurant and ordered raw lasagna, took one bite of it and was revolted. I sent it back and got raw nachos instead but it, too, was awful, and I left some money on the table and walked out. The unrecognizable contents of both meals was a complete turnoff.

Today I ordered some Greek rice with cooked veggies in tomato sauce at a mall food court. Same thing. Took a few bites and brought it home for my husband to eat later. Ate the blueberries left over from breakfast, then had carrot-apple-kale juice.

It seems that only salad, fruit, occasional fish or chicken, and perhaps some soup or steamed veggies are adequate. I go hours and hours without eating anything at all. Had to leave the house today because work was being done in my bathroom so I roamed a mall for hours, walking and walking without eating until 3:00.

I'm sure this phobia will be a transformational process. Eventually I will settle on a diet I can accept with occasional detours for special occasions. But it is interesting to see this happen. It feels like my body is dictating to me what it wants through the process of UT.
