Make an anonymous call if you have to.

You are guilty of not helping those people/that woman if this is still going on,

and next time you think you have been drugged or raped, seek help immedeately, ie: police.

Do you want this to continue? If so, don't do a thing and let people continue to get hurt.

Evil is always at work; complacent and docile good people cannot stop it, you must actively do something.
