It started to work on me after maybe 8-10 days. The chlorella I take is chinese chlorella but I think I may buy another one because I prefer to take an organic one if I find (brand synergy natural I think would be better; it is from Australia or New-Zealand I think). Not too sure if it is organic though. I heard Japanese chlorella is good too. I am afraid the Chinese one would be grown in a polluted environment. Anyway I will finish the ones I have left.
I take two tablets of the chorella 3 times a day (2 after breakfast, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner) with a big glass of water.
