The original, the natural, the real gum itself: Mastic gum. Not pill as a supplement, but the resin itself in pieces. You can find it in Greek stores, Turkish stores etc. It is not cost effective but it has an incredible flavor (although it might be ackward for people used to chewing gum that has sweet flavoring).
