you go girl LOL!!! I had to go off as well, went off for 2 days but now I am on day one again, for me starting again is not the hard part it is the feeling so tired and sleepy that get't to me LOL!!! at work I feel like I want to put my head down and take a long nap....anyhooo CONGRATS to you!!! you are doing GREAT and defenately encouraging me :) I am in a size 12 and want to get to a size 10...how long did it take for you to get from an 18 to a 14??? how much have you lost so far and how long???
