Bought 2 Viajet pros from the company directly call Oratec @ 1 800 368 3529.
Spent over $250 and both stop working 1 month after the 12-month warranty ended. Called company and was told too bad it was 1 month past the warranty.
I then got transferred up the food chain and then a male voice that would not even listen to my problem was extremely rude hung up on me. I recalled and he still hung up on me.
This not only happen to me but to another friend with the same problem. Bottom line is don’t buy a Viajet pro they will last about a year. They are junk product and the company will not stand behind it!
