Well, you did ask if I was off my meds, in my book that is ridicule. It's not something I would likely say to anyone in passing, in any kind of freindly way. People know that if they see something strange, if they speak up they will be ridiculed- so often people just keep silent.
As far as the cable tie, I guess you haven't worked much with your hands. Plastic cable ties can't hold much wieght.
So it was only a prop. I think if it had just been the wierd thing with the diver, I would have kept my mouth shut because I wouldn't have believed it myself.
If it was an actual well, they would have used a metal clip. Which would have been bolted. (With a metal bolt!)
Maybe you should spend some time looking at it yourself, and come to your own conclusion. Just a thought, that.
