Maybe some more experience fasters can help me out here. I'm on day 7 of a fast that has no clear set end date. On day 5 my husband convinced me to do a light strength training exercise session with him. Yesterday on day 6 I had terrible gas, hiccups and generally felt like utter garbage. I was so very tired and could barely focus on anything. Also above all I was hungry! This last part surprised me as I have not had any real issues with true hunger for the entirety of this fast.
Today, day 7 I am still ravenous. DId I mess my body up by exercising? Should I give up on the fast and eat or should I soldier through the hunger for another day and wait for it to balance out again?
