Re: Thanking the universe.

Terms tend to be reflections of our filters and communicating always runs the risk of filtration from party to party.


When I think of "love" I just think in terms of connected flow. That takes much of the human filter out of it.


"Gratitude" is just being aware of the flow in an expansive state. Of course us humans will add our personal story element to it all.


When we think on terms of a gift of life coming from a secondary party we are entering into separation mode.

Gratitude as a technique is an interesting way to ensure getting better results in life because energy works in a way that...what you focus on grows.

Perhaps this is why it is delved out in spiritual circles.
