You are going for a barium enema, but you dont know what it is???
Barium is RADIOACTIVE!
You should never subject yourself to a medical procedure if you do not know what it is and without investigating it fully!
What are the long term effects of putting a radioactive substance directly into your body???
I would never in a trillion years allow someone to do such a thing to my body...Please resaearch this before it is too late...and are you sure you really need it.
If you think you have a GI problem, then get some homeopathy and start bowel cleansing...with enemas that are good for you!
I am sorry I do not want to scare you, but you need to understand what is happening to you!
