The retreat is designed to bring in about $2,000,000 a year which is more than enough to cover yearly costs of the village. And the Green Building Firm has brought together some really talented and experienced innovators in green building, with a bright future ahead as the world continues its complete shift to green living.

This village will be powered by solar hydrogen. It will have its own orchards, gardens, and school. It is a prototype for how we can value the person instead of the bottom line. If we can make this village work here then we can build it over and over again.

So many good people have been downsized and lost their homes that we now have the opportunity to create a system that is not based upon how much can be squeezed out of a person but instead how we can value each person's unique gifts and support their inner potential."
