Is this really happening?

Yea so I have some weird bumps at the sides of my mouth and under my lip and above my lip. Its freaking me out. How can I get rid of them? Acne soaps and stuff doesnt work. Do i go to my dentist? Doctor? Do I go to a private testing lab then to my doctor?

Can my dentist take care of them without testing me?
