clearing

Had a bit of a rough time and my dowsing is off but starting to feel little better now but
My head feels wobbly and I felt tired today with black circles under eyes.
I did have a bit of a kill of something as I saw in stool.
can anyone out there dowse to see if I'm in a metal dump? or ammonia?
