It is either from the natural chemicals in the herbs affecting your taste buds OR it could be from toxins coming out.

There are several things you can try:

1. rinse your mouth with the old-fashioned Listerine - the brown kind - it will help neutrilize toxins in the mouth and on the tongue

2. drink a LOT more water after taking the raw herbs - this will help wash them off of the tongue
