leftover lump from stye

hi everyone...

i had a stye on the inside of my eyelid that i was able to mostly make go away (swelling & pain gone) by gently cleansing the area with very wet witch hazel pads twice a day (i used tn dickinson's, kind of hard to find, good idea to keep on hand before u need them especially if u are vulnerable to styes ...try to lay down when cleansing and try to hold the pad close to the lower lashline SO that the witch hazel liquid can seep under the upper lashline so that it can work on the stye inside... it does sting & tear a little but i didn't think it was so bad and i just wanted to be rid of that thing! be very careful to not wipe your other eye with the pad or around your face and spread the bacteria, and wash your hands after disposing of the pad...)

...now (a month later) just a little lump inside my eyelid that i can feel, remains... it does not seem that there's an ingrown hair in there, the lump is not that close to my lashline... does anyone know of any remedies to help break down the unhealthy tissue? i am just concerned of it growing and becoming a worse problem...........
