I like to do the Oxypowder flush Oxypowder .com">http://www. Oxypowder .com because when I do the flush I prefer buttpee and have clean bowels, so it easier to see what you expel.
It is described under their product superphos30. You don't have to use that product and you could even replace the oxypowder with Epsom Salt the 3 nights before. What I have done before when I ran out of oxypowder. Tweet
