The spaghetti looking thing was most likely ascaris roundworms. The egg sac looking things were most likely liver flukes. Liver flukes start their lives as small whitish balls.

The diarreah is your body's way of trying to get rid of the "bad stuff". It is one of the first signs of a fluke infection.

Your kidneys are sore because they have to help remove toxins.
