What is wheatgrass powder? Is it different from wheatgrass juice powder?

Hello,

I purchased some organic "wheatgrass powder" off at a fairly good price.

I emailed the suppliers asking if it was powder from the juice or the whole plant and they haven't replied....

I assume the powder from the juice is the best stuff?

And that if its cheaper then its probably the plant ground up and then made into juice since you could make more powder this way...

Does anyone know about this?

Is it most beneficial to get just the powder from the juice?

I like to be mobile so I'm not going to be growing wheatgrass for now, powders the next best thing.

I know there is one company that puts the roots of the wheatgrass in with the powder.... They claim its more beneficial. Any opinions on that?
