Guys,
I can not figure out this.
I have problems cooking brown rice because I don't get it soft even after 45 minutes of cooking. I have had good results cooking Parboiled rice.
I have found that Parboiled rice has lower glycemic index than the brown. Parboiled is 47 and brown 50. Both have total carbohydrates very close 32/34 g.
I don't know if I can eat better parboiled than the brown. Please, I need some carbohydrates and most candida diet allow brown rice. Does someone have an idea about it???
I think the glycemic index and total carbohydrates is what matter against candida. Am I right???
Jorge.
