I want to start out on a high dosage. Has anybody tried this before?
I eat very healthy and im in good shape, but i recently took out a filling. and i had all the shots as a kid. So im going to do the DSMA+ALA starting with DSMA only
DSMA 50mg(maybe 100mg) every 3.5 hours (including night)
Vitiman C,E,A and D
lethicin
Fish oil EPA DHA
Digestive bitters
Iodine 50mg
1-2 weeks on 1 week off
after 3 months add 50mg ALA
