I've thrown up 2 times out of 4. The keys so far for me seem to be taking less epsoms than they say (I take half the recommended amount) and also, sticking to the 1/2 cup of olive oil (I'm 130 pounds). I threw up once when I took the recommended amount of Epsom Salts , and another time when I tried to do Julia Chang's recipe, and took over 1/2 cup.
if i stick to less epsoms and 1/2 cup oo i seem to be safe, although I still get nauseous, just not to the point where i lose it.
