need help with e- coli urinary tract infection

so far I have been unsucessfully trying to heal my e-coli infection the natural way.
The original discomfort ( severe pressure and frequent urge to urinate) was uneffected by homeopathics, but left after treatment of 10 days with uristatin ( uva ursi, echinecia, golden seal, buchu). However, there is still foam and persistent strong smell in the urine, and a recent test still showed e-coli. Cranberry concentrate did not help. I tried uristatin again, no more benefits this time. Then I have been taking D-mannose for the last 5 days. After the first day there was less foam, sometimes none, but this improvement was temporary; now there is foam again in every urination, and the urge to go more frequently.
I am almost ready to give in and take Antibiotics , but have heard that some e-coli are resistant to Antibiotics .
I started doing the Beck blood purification this morning, too early to tell results, also, I am not sure if this will work.
I am hoping that someone here has some useful recommendation.
