The thing about psyops is that that they can be valuable too. Many of them use the 80/20 disinfo formula (roughly) but where one can gain insight is by a wider view. So then one can look at many people's input and again, look for emerging patterns. Look whop the people are associated with, where their funds come from, etc ,etc. it is all painting a picture and the wider the input the more accurate the synthesis that can be from from it all.

Take Icke for instance. I don't think he is a disinfo agent but I do believe (based on data collecting and synthesis) that he has been influenced in some way whether directly or indirectly.

This brings me to the most important point of all.
