I used the pill after I got married, in between my 4 kids, until I had the Mirena placed in 2007. After my Mirena health disaster, I had it removed, and now, for the first time as an adult, I am synthetic hormone free. My "chemistry" is very different now. I notice the discharge around ovulation for the first in my life. It's heavier and different. I just chalk it up to adjusting hormones after many years of manipulating them. Tweet
