Re: Master Cleanse and Liver Flush

I did two such fasts (Master Cleanses)and the woman that directed it had us do a Liver Flush at the very end. However she did not have us do Epsom Salts . We just drank grape juice all day. The evening of the oil and lemon drink I was miserable and very little came out of the colon. I needed colonics the next morning after a horrible night to release anything. Do the Epsom Salts open the organs to dump? It seems my organs-- Gall bladder and liver would not release their LOADS. My colon was empty from the cleanse ... it just had psyllium. This is what keeps me from doing liver cleanses. I need them... I am still constipated. So will the Epsom Salts do the job.

Any help??
