distilled water is pure H2O: nothing more and nothing less.

Minerals in water are inorganic and of no use to the body, except in the long-term where these contribute to clogging of the arteries and circulatory system.

Most of our requirements for minerals/vitamins come from food which have been "chelated" by plants into an organic form, and therefore of benefit to the body.

It is also claimed that Distilled water leaches minerals from the body which is true, but this only applies to the inorganic minerals that are recognized by the body as toxic.
Distilled water does not leach organic minerals from the body, as these have become an integral part of your cells and not affected by it.

The tingling in your legs is most likely the disturbance and elimination of toxins that distilled water has aroused and released into your bloodstream.

The perceived loss of hair is usually down to a deficiency of one nutrient or another from your pre-fast diet, and which will have been exposed if you are now, or have recently been, water-only-fasting.

The pH or acidity/alkalinity of a solution (where 7 is neutral): distilled water has a completely neutral pH, unless exposed to carbon dioxide, which makes it more acidic.

Adding trace minerals, some Sea Salt and bicarbonate is a pointless and futile exercise if you are contemplating a water-fast, as the minerals may be inorganic or non-chelated and further add to toxicity, and where the others mean nutrition "of sorts" and a lop-sided diet that will probably result in malnutrition in the long-term, if you are water-only-fasting.
