Last nite was a trip though......
in literaly about 5 minutes I went from feeling pretty good to feeling wiped out and weak-kneed and my low back all tightened up.....i have had all those symptoms but I don't think I have had them come on so quick before......
which was an educational experience. And then to have the flush not do much but taking more Iodine did.

all very interesting.....

How much Iodine and what type do you take these days if you don't mind me asking?
