Yes this is L-cysteine.
they clain that the added acetyl keeps it active longer and that it is more easily used by the body. L stands for Levulo (left handed) and all of our amino acids are L amino acids. The D (right handed) amino acids cannot be used by humans as they have an opposite configuration. Tweet
