I used and still use the complete Bob Beck Protocol. I started June 2009. I use it Five days a week now. I use the blood purifier 2 hours a day, the mag pulser 2 to 4 hours a day, drink 6 to 12
ounces of Ionic Silver a day and drink ozinated water when I remember to do it.
Main benefits I have received are: I don't get sick any more. No colds, no flues, no nothing.
I used to be terrified at being around someone with a cold as I would catch it and live in hell for 3 to 4 months.
I was developing some major pain in my joints which kept me up at night and believe I was developing a good case of arthritis. I was even starting to get knots on my hand knuckles. Shoulders, elbows and shoulder blades were killing me night and day. All that has gone away.
In addition, my skin is smoother, age spots on hands are going away and my slight receding hairline has started to come back.
That is the benefit of the Bob Beck Protocol for me.
I didn't get well over night. I actually started the process 7 years ago with natural herbs.
The herbs did work with lowering my temperature (I always ran hot in the past), normalizing my enzymes and getting my cholesterol under control. All my blood work these days is either excellent or normal.
I also studied diets for years to see if anything could help me with my weight control. Seemed I would gain 10 to 20
pounds and it simply would not go away no matter how much I exercised. I even cut back on eating but I couldn't take being being too hungry all the time. Most of the diets either were too expensive to maintain or too crappy for my taste buds.
I landed on two books that really helped. The first is called Eat Right 4 Your Type and the second is called In the Zone. I lost 20
pounds over a 6 month period without experiencing any deprivation. I simply ate more of what the books recommended and less of what the books recommended I not eat. I still don't eat perfect but my body has been trained to throw off food it doesn't require.
