Well if one wants just one cup of unstructured water (also called zero energy) just stir your water with a spoon clockwise till you get nice vortex, stop stirring, then stir counterclockwise until nice vortex forms - keep repeating for 1-2 minutes. If you taste the water before this it will have slight acidic aftertaste - after stirring it will have sweeter smoother taste (my experience).

Here is the sketch of the structured device I have built. I made my unit 24 inches long (pipe cut only). I used up 1-1/4 marble packs to fill it. The free T-bushing is made from one end of the PVC 1-1/2" coupler that I have machine turned down to fit the inside of 1-1/2" pipe. The marbles need straight surface to support them otherwise they will collapse and fall out of the pipe. 1-1/2" OD PVC washer with 3/4" inside ID will also work (you still would need to manufacture that from 1/4 inch PVC sheet. Total cost for everything was about $40 or less.
