Parasite detox with supposed Ulceritous Proctitus

Hi, I was diagnosed with ulceritous proctitus last year in Spain, I have since moved to central Europe and can not communicate with the doctors due to language barrier, and it seems to be getting worse, tablets and suppositories don´t do anything. I wonder if they have diagnosed me right? They lost blood test results. It started with just blood in stools then progressed to needing the loo frequently only to pass lots of wind and watery blood and black or brown sludge. I seem to be ok throughout the day when I dont eat so much it`s worse in the evening after meals I probably go to the loo twice an hour.
I´m wondering if maybe it could be parasites, I´ve been fit all my life, I´m male 54yrs old by the way, I´m not feeling ill in anyway It´s just I am now afraid to go out and eat incase I have to make a dash. Doctor in Spain said some folk with this have binary problems and they were going to do billiary scan, however I never got an appointment.
What do you think about parasiites or detox? I think I should try something rather than nothing but am unsure what to do, thanks hungryfella
