So sorry to hear this. I suffered from all of your side effects while I had the Mirena- plus many more. But I have been lucky enough to recover really well since removal in November. I've no idea why I should be OK while so many other poor women still suffer side effects months after removal.One of my neighbours also seems to have some long term problem and still has side effects a year after removal-although she's told me they are gradually fading, and she still feels better than when Mirena was inside her.Good luck- hope you get back to normal soon.
