Re: Capsules dissolving in throat??

I was wondering the same thing too. I usually have this problem with gel capsules. Whenever I take one I usually eat a bit of food to "push" it down. However, the Humaworm instructions say to wait 30 minutes before eating.

I know that it's stuck in my throat because if I try hard enough I can actually feel the capsules starting to come back up again.

I also want to know if it dissolves in the throat will the herbs not work as well?
