I, too, learned the hard way to NEVER cleanse the liver THE SAME TIME you are colon cleansing... (which is 'fasting').

I used dandelion root tea for the liver during my 7 day Water Fast about 2 months ago... MISTAKE!

As mild as the tea was, it was enough to JACK ME UP for a night!

I awoke my 3rd day of fasting after drinking that tea - about 4 hours after consuming it with the most wretched stomach pains, dizziness, cold sweats, nausea, and felt like i was going to have to seek medical attention! 8-O

My homeopathic Doctor confirmed that was a toxic, adverse, possibly allergic reaction to me colon cleansing (fasting) and trying to do a liver cleanse at the same time.
