Try doing coffee enemas. Since Liver Flushes make you sick, either your liver isn't functioning very well (as in sluggish) or it is full of parasites. Either way, a coffee enema would help the liver function better and get rid of toxic bile.

The palmitates of coffee enhance glutathione S-transferase which is responsible for the removal of many toxic radicals from serum.
