I am just very leery about buying herbal products, even at health food stores. Consumerlabs.com does tests on supplements, and just to scratch the surface, found that 70% of milk thistle extracts from popular brands did not contain the amount of silymarin that was advertised or recommended. The same could be said about a lot of products.

By the way how do you guarantee the quality of your herbs?
