I LOVE COQ10.. as a supplement.our body makes it..but like anything else.. something is wrong.. lifestlyes.. age.. and we need a supplement.. I can breathe so well after one dose.. I keep it on hand..be careful whomu buy it from..the real stuff is orange inside. Not certain about the hard pill.
