Re: symptoms...liver?

Just to clarify, I am on the last day of my Humaworm cleanse. I have ordered Humacleanse colon cleaner, in-between herbs, and the liver formula which I intended to take during my 90 day break. Should I do the liver flush before or after the Humacleanse colon cleaner? I did take the Humacleanse about 90 days ago, but things have been sluggish so I thought another round wouldn't hurt. If I should do the flush first, how long after Humaworm cleanse is done should I do it?

Secondly, I have some questions regarding the flush procedure:

Can 100% lemon juice (or anything else) be substituted for the grapefruit juice that is taken with the olive oil?

Finally, should the time schedule be followed even if it wouldn't exactly coincide with my normal schedule (such as the time I go to bed or get up in the morning)? And does it matter what time the first epsom salts are taken the morning after (i.e. does it have to be 6AM or could it be as late as 9:30AM...the going back to bed part makes me wonder)?

This would be my first time doing the flush, so I'm a little nervous about it, but I understand that it could help me.
