Re: Urine therapy and insomnia

umm..I'm no expert, but what if in case your exersising at 9pm is at fault not ut? I dont know what kind of exersise are you doing there, but if it's like intense and energetic one, maybe it has kind of energizing and sort of awakening effect on you, making it hard for you to fall asleep?

I personally think 2-5 (depending on person and day activities I guess) hours before sleep should be spent in physically calm way and exersises, leave them for morning and day

I have had trouble with falling asleep myself for along time and still do a bit but here's what I found that helped me
first:dont eat later than 9pm, better is not after 8 or even 7pm, also try to not drink later than 2 hours before going to sleep, and see if it works (give this a week for a try at least)

if not you might try a bit opposite thing, try drinking hot cocoa drink or valerian tea (or other calming tea) right before you go to sleep, cocoa have done wonders to me (to keep it healthy try to go without sweeteners or at least use honey or something healthy instead and without milk, just raw cocoa and water), anyhow dont forget the eating rule yet

some other quick tips:

thoughts before sleep when you are at bed:
when you lay down at bed and are prepared for sleep, dont start thinking about falling asleep and insomnia and try to force yourself to fall asleep, it will just make things harder. also dont think about problems they will just trouble you and you wont be able to stop thinking about them and solutions to them. just try to be relaxed and free, think about something that interests you or make up something on your own (story, imagine your next day or else)etc just be free and relaxed about it, do not worry about fact that you cant fall asleep, just kind of enjoy laying there and thinking whatever comes in your mind, then it will be something kinda like meditation, basicaly dont worry your mind about insomnia thing, just try to feel ok about you laying in bed but awake, you wont even notice how you fall asleep and it will happen faster with every next time if you do like this

bed:
you probably know that you shouldnt use bed for nothing else than sleeping, I however think it's not necessary like that, I just think trick is you shouldnt be laying in your bed doing something else than sleeping (like laying with laptop or book or such) because then whenever you go sleep your body might think you are going to read or do stuff on laptop and wont put you in sleepy mode right away

also important if you didnt know yet: timing! it's pretty crucial actually, try to go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, that way you will train your brain to know you must go to and fall asleep and it will shut down automatically (at least it should) at that time

afterall diet! research this stuff if you havent already, try to eat as raw, unprocessed, organic and nutritional and healthy as you can AND almost forgot another crucial thing is omg water! must drink it! at very least 4 cups of fresh water per day, its advised to drink even more than that but you must watch for yourself whats best for you since too much is bad too and if you are on ut then there's that liquid intake as well, but 3-4 cups of water should still be a must

and there you go, quit a regime but I think it would help since it helped me and I dont think ut has anything to do with this problem as if only some kind of detox symptom? but really try something of this I told you and see how it goes
