Re: Copper Contamination Question
Not only have I been zapping for 10 years, I started out using the bare paddles in my hands because nobody gave warnings about it back then. Additionally, I work with copper daily, cutting, shaping, cleaning, and polishing.
I noticed some sensitivity issues due to the heavy exposure after a couple of years. I had to remove my wedding band because it was yellow gold, contained copper.
After switching to using the paper towels and salt water, things improved b ut it did take some time. I do not currently experience any copper issues despite the heavier than normal exposure.
Sadly, there is not much official information on this.
As far as changing the paper towels, I do it once at the end of a session, then wash my hands, feet thoroughly, and I feel that this is sufficient for me.
