Sorry, thread necromancy. Just came across this randomly, and had to share..

Both my Dad and I have had experiences, and the same beliefs(didn't realize this until a couple of years ago, and even though I thought my beliefs were far-fetched they seemed to match his completely.. Despite me not seeing him from 10yo til 19yo) that are explained by a lot of these things..

I was a skeptic about many theories, though not sure how much of one I am anymore.

My dad, both sisters, and I all have or currently suffer from what doctors have explained as "sleep paralysis" as the post I am replying to talked about. (not being able to move, but being aware of surroundings). Recently both my sister and I have been having problems with this again, and she even referred to something as "her demon is back."

Both of my sisters have had these "night terrors/sleep paralysis" issues where they cannot move, a tall figure over them, and as soon as it disappears, they are able to move/scream....

I know the mind can create hallucinations, especially in a pseudo-dream state, but there are a lot of similarities they learned about only after discussing them with each other..

I know we aren't alone.. Not certain if that means we are alone on earth as well, though I do believe ancient man was influenced by someone else.. Both my dad and I not only share the same odd beliefs and experiences, but both feel discontent here. I feel homesick looking into the stars, maybe just me wanting some greater meaning. I only hope there is someone else nearby, and that I will live to see their contact...


Yeah, I'm crazy, I know. But I don't care, because I know what I know.. And nobody telling me it's a figment of my imagination will change it.
