Stones still coming out . . .

I'm doing my second flush - much more productive than my first! As many as a thousand stones out, many pearl-sized black and tan ones after the first day or two. The thing is they're still coming out and it's been over a week since the flush. I've had a colonic which went right through the colon and got a further thirty or so out, but now two days later they're still coming out. Is this ok? Could someone explain how physiologically this works? Are my bile ducts still open or are the stones in my small intestine and taking a long time to come through. I have BMs normally 2-3 times a day and this is continuing.
