Re: Why do probiotics cause hives?

I have been getting bad hives from trying to heal leaky gut an candida with probiotics. How would you suggest to get rid of candida and leaky gut without taking probiotics? I'm not a strict diet for the last two weeks of just vegetables, fruits, and protien(eggs, seafood, chicken, turkey), Also almonds for snacks. But I still get really bad gas here and there with this diet. I'm also taking L-glutamine, Magnesium, Vitamin A &D, Also taking coconut oil. I'm also taking the oral Sovereign silver liquid. I went off the probiotics since I read they can cause an allergic reaction and my hives have gone away about 80% but I still get flare ups.

I wanted to know what you might suggest I might change or add. I want to make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks.
